Q: What is the One Card?
A: The One Card program allows our player’s to use their player’s card at any Terrible’s Casino in Nevada to earn points, comps, cash back, Free Slot Play, gas, hotel stays and more. Now, our top players will be recognized at all of our casinos in Nevada as a valued guest.

Q: How does the One Card work?
A: $1 Coin in = 1 point and 2000 points = $7.50 in Free Slot Play or $5 Cash back. Your card works at all Nevada Terrible’s Casinos. Points can be redeemed for FreePlay, cash, rooms, gas, gift cards, merchandise. Comps can be redeemed for meals, rooms and gift shop purchases (where applicable)

Q: How does the Tier levels work?
A: The Terrible’s One Card has 4 tiers. Platinum (Best) Gold (Great) Silver (Good)
and Red (Free)

The Red Card is the start of it all. Red Card holders begin to earn points for cash back and comps. Once they earn 500 base points they will be upgraded to a Silver Card and begin to receive dining discounts and additional benefits based on their play. Membership is free and no qualifying is required for the Red Card

When you earn 500 base points during the qualifying period, you'll receive the Silver Card. Silver Card holders receive FreePlay offers based on play, dining and gift shop discounts and more.

When you earn 50,000 base points during the qualifying period, you'll receive the Gold Card. Gold Card holders receive FreePlay offers based on play, special event invitations, dining and gift shop discounts and more.

When you earn 125,000 base points during the qualifying period you'll receive the Platinum Card. Platinum Card holders receive FreePlay offers based on play, VIP parking, dining discounts, special priority lines at restaurants, Player’s Club and the cage, invitations to exclusive events and much more.

Q: What are the qualifying periods?
A: Qualifying periods are every 6 months; January thru June and July thru December. Guests can be upgraded to any card immediately as long as they earn the appropriate points. Once they earn a certain level they will keep that level for the end of the current qualifying period and the next 6 month qualifying period.

Q: If I get my One Card at Terrible’s Rail City, does that mean I’ll get offers in the mail from ALL the Terrible’s casinos, even Las Vegas?
A: One Card members will still receive offers from the casino they play at most frequently, however at times they may receive special offers from other Terrible’s Casinos.

Q: If I get Free Play put on my card at Rail City, can I use it at other Terrible’s casinos?
A: Free Play issued by a specific property can only be played at that property. However, you can earn Free Play at any property and get it issued to you at any property, but it must be played where it was issued.

Q: I am a Red Card holder why can’t I get food discounts?
A: To receive food discounts you need to be a Silver, Gold or Platinum card holder. It is very easy to become a Silver Card holder. Earn JUST 500 base points and you will be upgraded to a Silver Card immediately. Our restaurants are located in a casino and that allows us to discount food to gamblers. By offering discounts to casino players we reward them for gaming with us. All other guests including Red Card holders receive our already inexpensive pricing, however they do not receive additional discounts.

Q: Can I have someone else on my account?
A: Yes, you can link accounts. However, each individual now has their own primary account. By linking accounts you can share points and comps.

Q: What do I do with an old ticket? There is still money on it, what can I do with it?
A: You have 60 days to redeem your tickets.

Q: How does Free Slot Play work?
A: It is free slot play. Simply place your first bet to activate your Free Slot Play credits. Your first spin will be from the inserted coins, subsequent spins will deduct from the Free Slot Play credits.

Q: How do I know how much Free Slot Play I have?
A: The card reader display will show how much Free Slot Play you have available.

Q: How long is the Free Slot Play on my card good for?
A: You have 7 days to play your Free Slot Play that is credited to your card.

Q: I was playing and I stopped to talk. When I started playing again the card reader said: Timed Out. What happened?
A: You had more than 30 minutes without play. Just visit the Player’s Club and they will reactivate your card.
